As mentioned in this article, following the installation of the PELLEGRINI single-wire saw for block cutting in spring 2024, the modernisation of our stone processing workshop continues with the addition of two new machines from renowned Italian manufacturers.
GMM Toden 40 CN2 Block Cutter
This versatile saw allows for complex, precision cutting thanks to its fully controlled movement axes. It will replace our ageing Descamps cutter, significantly reducing the risk of costly breakdowns and enhancing our overall productivity.
OMAG BLADE5AR Machining Centre
Equipped with 5-axis CNC control, this cutting-edge machine can saw, profile, polish, and engrave a variety of materials including marble, granite, natural stone and composite. A major development enabling us to meet the expectations of even our most demanding clients.
In addition, our double-table saw is receiving a significant upgrade with two brand-new PEDRINI tables, expected to be installed later this month.
