For over 130 years, the Carrières de Maffle production site is specialized in sawing, processing and
shaping of natural stone, from blocks and slabs, dedicated to construction, renovation and landscaping
projects.
As a Walloon stonemason, we mainly work with Belgian Blue Stone – also known as Petit Granit or
Hainaut Blue Stone – as well as Tournai Black, Mazy Black, Belgian Red and a wide selection of French
Limestones, including: Euville, Comblanchien, Rocherons, Massangis (all varieties), Savonnières,
Semond, Magny-Louvre, Ampilly, Rocheville, as well as Anstrude and Combe Brune.
A long-standing partner of general contractors, architects, landscape contractors, kitchen designers and
other construction professionals, we manufacture and supply a wide range of natural stone elements,
including: thresholds, window sills and interior window boards, wall copings, paving slabs, rubble
stone, cobblestones, skirting and plinth elements, as well as solid stone sinks, benches, worktops,
moulded pieces and bespoke stone components for both indoor and outdoor projects.
Our know-how has allowed us to contribute to prestigious projects, including the supply of part of the
Lunel marble paving for the Cathedral Notre-Dame de Paris.
Standard or custom dimensions? We saw, cut and finish each stone according to your technical and
aesthetic requirements.
Thanks to a modernized and high-performance machinery fleet, we guarantee controlled production
times (averaging ± 2 weeks), completed by a fast delivery service, provided by our own team (van, crane
truck, semi-trailer) or via professional carriers.
